POMH3 was founded by Peter Mendl and Horst Wippern with a run from the Badili Golf Club on 7th Januuary 1974. Until Run 200, there was no GM, Messrs Mendl and Wippern in true hashocratic style proclaimed themselves Godmastas and arranged for the duties to be performed by 1 or 2 Joint Masters.
